As a Health Coach, I am a mentor. I build one-on-one relationships in order to make wellness plans and set health goals that will work for you specifically.
When it comes to growing a healthier living, I know “one size fits all” won’t cut it. Instead, I maintain bio-individuality and tailor diet and exercise plans for each person’s biological makeup and unique needs.
Full-Person Focus – Dropping a certain number of kilos or spending a specific number of hours a day in the gym are only good goals if they’re parts of a wellness plan that benefit the whole you. I take the holistic point of view. It has to fit your life. It’s all about you.
Major Motivation – Doctors want you to meet your good health goals, but don’t have time to cheer you on each step of the way. That’s one gap Health Coaches fill. I’m a supportive ally who help you map and track your progress. I help you to identify and access all potential resources within you. Then help you to break down external and internal barriers standing between you and your health.
Step by Step – No athletic coach expects players to hit a home run their first time at bat or Score a touchdown the first time they run the football. Likewise, I don’t expect you to achieve total health overnight. I know sustainable health comes bit by bit, through important changes. I’m here with you for the long haul.
Head in the Game – Not only do I have practical experience but also specialised education and proven a psychological theory to my work. Credentialed through professional organisations. As a Health Coach, I use academically models of behavioural change that are empirically proven to bring real, lasting results.
