Ingredienser
  

  • 35 gr fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 100-150 gr almond or oat milk depending on the thickness
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp hemp powder optional
  • 1-2 tsp agave syrup or honey depending on preference

Instruktioner
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth or creamy. If you want to eat it as a smoothie bowl make it thicker.

Anteckning

Agave syrup is sweeter than honey and has a higher concentration of fructose. Therefore, if you add 2 tsp of agave it might be too sweet. I would recommend 2 tsp honey and 1 tsp agave. But it's of course totally up to preference.
