Start by heating up the oil and fry the onion along with the chilli for a few minutes. Add the cabbage, bell pepper and fry for another 4 minutes, while stirring.
Add chopped garlic, ginger and stir in the rice.
Whipp the eggs and push the veggies and rice to side of the pan making a little hole in the middle.
Pour in the eggs and gently stir it with veggies and rice. Serve with chopped nuts.
